  This was my first time visiting their new location (just down the street from the original site). I appreciate what they've done with the interior. I have not been disappointed by any of my selections. If you have the time order pizza or a calzone!

  Galvin's is our stand-by whenever Red State Taps is too crowded. It gets pretty loud and crowded, but I don't recall ever having to wait for a place to sit. Good variety and selection of food, nice sized portions especially compared to their prices. The service has never been that personable, but they take care of business which is all that's really required. Inevitably, we always get there right after or right as the kitchen is closing. So, if you're planning on eating a little later, don't go by the hours posted.

  Galvin's is one of the best restaurants in Georgetown! They have great service, delicious food, and huge portions at reasonable prices. I highly suggest checking out their Philly Cheese Steak Stromboli, Buffalo Chicken Dip, Cheese Fries, and Fried Chicken Salad! You won't be disappointed! However, keep in mind that most meals are large enough to share.
