  Sent my husband to get breakfast. I asked for a bacon egg and cheese bagel. I got a bacon egg and cheese bagel, however, the ENTIRE bagel was burnt! Could not even eat it! I normally wouldn't complain if a meal was left out or it was made wrong but COME ON you looked at that bagel and noticed it was burnt and decided that the $7 it costs now to get a meal, hey she can have a BURNT BAGEL!!! Not happy! I would rather make the extra effort and go across town!

  The service here is JUST starting to be acceptable. We have had many bad experiences her in the past. Let's hope McDonald's is aware that their sales are linked to their food quality and customers service. The only reason I give two stars is the food is finally starting to be real after so many years.

  I usually don't have issues with the food here although I know others have either cold or wrong. My major issue is the speed at which you get served. If you are in the drive through they hold you at the box until the person in front of you has paid and gone to the next window for pickup. It defeats the purpose of the drive-thru and the name fast food.
  
  I have had issues in the past being pulled for what should be always ready items and then being forgotten. Maybe twice in a year, but when you have a kid in the car that's too many. No real offers or apologies when it's happened either, I had to demand refunds.
  
  Basically if the three in Scott Co. this one is commonly referred to as SlowDonalds.
